August 31, 2011 830am-174.3 lbs.

September 6, 2011 245pm-dating ultrasound

September 19 9am-173.0 lbs.

October 10-5pm(start of group prenatal appt.)

Oct. 24-9AM-Big Ultrasound
Nov. 1-7:20AM 1 hour glucose test-PASSED:D
Nov. 14-5pm group prenatal appt.

Dec. 5-189 lbs. 5 pm group prenatal appt

January 12th- 7am OB appt NP Addie Charlton

January 26th-740 am OB NP Addie Charlton

February 8th-ditto breech baby

February 15th- Dr. Sabal-baby breech

February 20th-NP Addie Charlton-checking on baby's position
February 23-ECV with Dr. Sabal(she was already head down!!!)

February 29-Dr. Sabal 7:40am

March 7th-Possibly last appt with Dr. Sabal 7;40 am
